I haven't put on the back ones yet, but the ones on the front are eye openers.Stops are sure, and short. Now, what I'm about to say is probably true of ALL slotted disc brakes . . . .There is SOUND (only when braking). Not bad sound, but different from what you're used to, if you've never driven with slotted rotors. It's most pronounced when they are first installed. Then, the volume gradually lessens, as the pads and rotors become broken in.You get used to it.It's really only loud with hard stops. Not very loud after break-in.I wasn't a hard stopper before, but now it's like having a super-power.There's actually LESS dust accumulation than you usually would see on the wheel rims of someone who "uses their brakes".I suppose that with there being slots and drilled holes in the rotors, much of the brake dust is blown away before it gets to settle.Anyway, if you want to stop real good, get these.I'd buy them again.
